Are you ready to apply for a nonresident deer tag in Iowa? You can apply, or purchase a preference point, in one of two ways:

1. Go to the DNR License Sales Site,

2. Or call 800-367-1188.

Please note! Heavy traffic to the website and phone line this weekend may cause a slow-down in your application process. Please be patient or try back in a few days. You can apply at ANY TIME during the application window with no negative impact to your lottery chances.
